The Cessna 500 is a small business jet announced by Cessna in October 1968 and is the basis of the Citation family. Upgraded in 1976 as the Citation I and a single pilot variant the Citation ISP, production ended in 1985 after 689 deliveries. The Citation I was later stretched to create the Cessna Citation II.

Return And Refund Policies

If there is an issue with your product, please send a complaint via our email. You must submit your request within 30 days from the delivery date. You will need the order number as well as the email address used to place the order. Additionally, you must attach images/videos of the defective product, poor print quality, or products significantly different from those advertised on the website. After review, we will immediately replace the product according to your request or refund you without requiring you to return the defective product to us.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement product as per your request, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

The refund amount will not include shipping fees, tax, only the price of the product, please take note of this.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
